Installation Procedures for both Generation Models

1. The revolution 12 and 22 models are installed by a certified installation professional

3. Here is a breakdown of what to expect for a typical gasoline and diesel powered vehicle

A. We locate a proper installation location under the hood or behind the grill of your vehicle

B. We then mount the upper and lower mounting brackets to accommodate for the system

C. Locate and mount receiver drying system container

D. Install Stainless Braided Gas Lines from generator to receiver dryer

E. Remove and drill a port for the HHO injector body in Air Intake Cowl

F. Install 1/8” Teflon from Injector to Receiver Dryer

G. Locate keyed ignition power source

H. Install 75 amp relay

I. Connect electrical connection to 75 amp relay from ignition source

J. Power from relay to 50 amp resettable using 8gauge electrical wire to the battery positive

K. We then attach wiring from load side of relay to generator positive

L. Install 8 gauge ground wire from generator housing to battery ground post

This completes the installation process for a gasoline vehicle; we run a pressure test and an electrical exam of the system to ensure proper connections and gas flow.
